Reading and Reviewing
I'm excited about some of the books I read this month as well as a lot of the books I plan on reading in the next couple of months! To recap, here is what I reviewed on the blog this month:
- Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn... Awesome book as I'm sure you've heard. one of the great things about this one is that it's one I feel I can recommend to anyone - even the casual reader - which I can't necessarily do with a lot of the books I read. This one will be enjoyed by all kinds of readers.
- Coming of Age on Zoloft by Katherine Sharpe
- The Chaperone by Laura Moriarty... Adored this one!
- Play These Games by Heather Swain
- All Woman and Springtime by Brandon W. Jones
- The Unfinished Work of Elizabeth D by Nichole Bernier
- Imperfect Justice by Jeff Ashton and Lisa Pulitzer
- The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald
The only book I read this month for which I still need to post a review is The Light Between Oceans by M.L. Stedman which I really enjoyed!! That review will be up probably in late July.
Giveaway Winner
The winner of a copy of The Unfinished Life of Elizabeth D is... Sam D.!!
I already have Sam's address, so the book will be on its way.
That is it. Hope everyone has a great reading month!

Gone Girl and The Chaperone are on my TBR now. :)
Gone Girl was my best read of the month. And I convinced my book club to read it next month.
My book club is reading Gone, Girl this month so I am always glad to see the rave reviews! I just started it so we'll see how I like it.
