Middle Grade Book Challenge

I've decided to join the Middle Grade Book Challenge hosted by Linda Ellen at Bambi Reads

Read 12 middle grade novels (Challenge 1) or read 25 MG books (Challenge 2). You can read comics too, or listen to audio books. These can be in any language. You don't have to make a reading list now; you may select them as you go and you're free to make changes to your list.

The challenge begins September 1st, 2009 through August 31st, 2010.

You can join anytime between now and August 31st, 2010.

I will be doing Challenge 1 of reading 12 books.
I've mentioned before that I'm slowly trying to build up a collection of children's "chapter" books for my own so that I can have these as my children (so far non-existent) grow up. I also think there's just something fun about reading (and re-reading) some of these books! And maybe I can raid my middle-school-teacher-sister's stash of books too. =)
